The Mami Clemencita Foundation is a non‑profit organization committed to protection, comprehensive care, and women’s autonomy in Ecuador. We believe every woman deserves to live free from violence and have the tools to rebuild her life with dignity. We connect psychosocial, legal, health, and economic development programs to create safe, sustainable environments that strengthen women’s rights and independence. The Mami Clemencita Foundation runs programs focused on protection, comprehensive care, and economic independence for women facing violence. Awareness: We promote a culture of respect and equality through actions that raise awareness of gender‑based violence and encourage shared social responsibility. Protection: We implement programs and protocols that ensure safe spaces and timely support, working with institutions to provide shelter for women in vulnerable situations. Comprehensive care: We provide psychosocial, legal, and health support through specialized professionals. Autonomy: We promote training, employability, and financial education to strengthen women’s independence. To protect and empower women experiencing violence through continuous shelter, psychosocial and legal support, and links to health and livelihood opportunities. An Ecuador where women are safe and autonomous—a replicable model that prevents re‑victimization and promotes economic independence. Subscribe to receive updates from the Foundation. We protect and support women escaping violence.
